Plano Sex Crimes Attorney
Many attorneys do not have the trial experience to handle a case involving sex crimes, ie. Sexual Assault and/or any type of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Before you EVER hire any attorney to have him/her to show you on each respective county’s websites the last felony aggravated sexual assault case for which they have taken before a jury trial.
It irritates me as a trial attorney to be informed by clients that some other attorney was trying to get them to hire there firm when the attorney has never tried crimes against children case. Do not be fooled into believing just because someone is a former district attorney or a former police officer or that they have accumulated awards that have nothing to do with trying sexual assault cases in trial. The county’s websites do not lie.
