Kent Starr is a trusted Plano sex crimes attorney
Many attorneys do not have the trial experience to handle a case involving sex crimes, ie. Sexual Assault and/or any type of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Before you EVER hire any attorney have him/her to show you on each respective counties websites the last felony aggravated sexual assault case for which they have taken before a jury trial. It irritates me as a trial attorney to be informed by clients that some other attorney was trying to get them to hire there firm when the attorney has never tried a crimes against children case. Do not be fooled into believing just because someone is a former district attorney or a former police officer or that they have accumulated awards that have nothing to do with trying sexual assault cases in trial. The counties websites do not lie. Kent W. Starr has tried hundreds of cases from murder, indecency with a child, continuous sexual assault, burglary, robbery, drug possession, DWI 3rd or more, animal cruelty, continuous family assault, fraud, embezzlement , tax fraud, just to name a few. Contact our firm to discuss your case and to have Kent W. Starr to show you other cases for which he has tried that are similar to yours.
The following cases are just a few of not guilty and/or dismissed cases, as many client’s immediately request that their records be expunged. However, in the following cases, the clients were so distraught by the judicial system that they have not expunged their cases for it to serve as a sign to other’s that these false allegations can be beaten in trial.
